Holiday Inn Guin, an IHG Hotel

Extraordinarily helpful gentleman on duty at front desk. He was very professional and an excellent ambassador for Holiday Inn, Guinn, and the Holiday Inn brand in general. He made directions to the hotel easy, walking me through each step after GPS locator had the location 40 minutes away, in a different direction. This same employee was then welcoming when I arrived exhausted and late at night. He was still cheerful, friendly and professional when I checked out early the next morning. This was one of several hotel stays I'd made along this particular trip, but it was the only stand out. I so wish every hotel had staff like this! In a very small town along the interstate, this was an unexpected find. It's a modern, very attractive and inviting hotel, with every amenity of a Holiday Inn.

loved location, hotel was beautiful with beautiful rooms, breakfast was excellent.

Breakfast was very good, though the gravy was lukewarm. I liked the clean room (especially bathroom).

The cleanliness of room first & foremost! The hotel restaurant food selection & quality was very good. Staff was personable yet professional. Pool was clean & had plenty of seating.

how clean an nice it was! had a wonderful housekeeper skyland wright. thank you for everything you done to make sure our stay was prefect. front desk is amazing so professional unlike the Hampton inn in Winfield. I highly recommend staying at the holiday inn for the future! very pleased with my room an team of workers.
